1. Do I need to book in advance?
   Yes, flights are by reservation, so secure your seat and don’t miss out.
2. What time should I arrive for the flight?
   We ask that you arrive around 20 minutes before the scheduled time. That’s enough time to check in and get ready for the adventure!
3. Do I need to bring any documents?
   Yes, an official photo ID. It’s mandatory for safety reasons (and so we know who’s on board, of course).
4. Is there a weight limit per passenger?
   Yes, for reasons of safety and the balance of the aircraft. We may have to confirm the weights indicated on the reservation at check-in, but we will do so discreetly.
5. What if the weather is bad?
   If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule free of charge or refund the price. Safety always comes first (and the sun comes back soon!).
6. Can flights be delayed?
   Rarely, but it can happen. We follow the instructions of air traffic control and are subject to the weather. If there are any adjustments, we always let you know.
7. Can I take a backpack or suitcase?
   Yes, but during the flight they must be kept in your vehicle. In the helicopter you only take the essentials and your cell phone for photos, of course.
8. Can I take someone with me who isn’t flying?
   Cascais Aerodrome is an international aerodrome, so there is a security check for restricted areas, exclusively for passengers. Accompanying persons will have to wait in the parking lot, near the outer perimeter.
9. Can children join the experience?
   Yes, they can! From the age of 2, accompanied by an adult.
10. Is the flight shared with other people?
    Flights on the EC130 T2 helicopter (6 passengers) are private.
11. Can I take photos or film during the flight?
    Yes, you can photograph and film as much as you like. You’ll want to save every second.
12. Can people with reduced mobility take part?
    We want to welcome all passengers. Situations of very limited mobility need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis for safety and evacuation reasons.”

The passenger must comply with the safety conditions and other instructions given by the operator.
Cancellations will be accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before the flight. If the customer cancels the flight without 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be made.
If the flight is canceled due to weather, operational or force majeure reasons, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded and there will be no other compensation whatsoever.

Check-in must be made up to 20 minutes before the scheduled flight time at Cascais Aerodrome. For security reasons, the weight indicated at the time of booking may be confirmed.

Parking is available next to the Passenger Terminal at Cascais Aerodrome.
Accompanying persons will have to wait in the parking lot, near the perimeter of the Aerodrome, and will not be allowed to stay anywhere else.

Backpacks or suitcases must be left in your vehicle and may not be left anywhere else on the airfield, for safety reasons.

Weight limitations apply for exclusively operational and aircraft safety reasons.

Maximum weight allowed per passenger: 125kg
Maximum weight allowed per flight: 530 kg

The experience normally runs smoothly but, for safety reasons, the flight may be adjusted in accordance with instructions from air traffic control or the weather.
