1. Do I need to book in advance?
   Yes, the preparation of a Charter flight requires some advance notice due to landing permits, among other things.
2. What time should I arrive for the flight?
   We ask that you arrive around 30 minutes before the scheduled time, so that you have enough time to carry out the security checks.
3. Do I need to bring any documents?
   Yes, an official photo ID. This is mandatory for security reasons.
4. Is there a weight limit per passenger?
   Yes, for reasons of safety and aircraft balance. We always confirm the weights indicated on the reservation at check-in, and we do so discreetly.
5. What if the weather is bad?
   If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will reschedule at no cost, subject to availability, or refund the amount. Safety always comes first.
6. Can flights be delayed?
   Charter flights are planned to meet the schedules requested by the client. We follow the instructions of air traffic control and are subject to the weather. If any adjustments need to be made, we will contact you.
7. Can I take a backpack or suitcases?
   The space available on the helicopter is limited and will depend on how many passengers are on board. On average, we can carry:Robinson R44: 3 small backpacks or 2 small backpacks + 1 hand trolley.
   Airbus AS350 B2/B3: 2 large suitcases + 5 small backpacks
   Airbus EC130 T2: 2 large suitcases + 2 hand trolleys + 6 small backpacksFor larger amounts of luggage, we can help you book ground transportation – so you don’t have to worry!
8. Can I bring someone with me who isn’t flying?
   It’s not possible to bring companions – Porto Airport is a restricted area with security checks exclusively for passengers.
9. Can children join the experience?
   Yes, they can! From the age of 2, accompanied by an adult.
10. Is the flight shared with other people?
    Charter flights are always private and exclusive.
11. Can I take photos or film during the flight?
    Yes, you can photograph and film as you please.
12. Can people with reduced mobility take part?
    We want to welcome all passengers. Situations of very limited mobility need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis for safety and evacuation reasons.”

The passenger must comply with the safety conditions and other instructions given by the operator.
Cancellations will be accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before the flight. If the customer cancels the flight without 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be made.
If the flight is canceled due to weather, operational or force majeure reasons, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded and there will be no other compensation whatsoever.

Check-in must be done up to 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time at Porto Airport. You will be accompanied by a dedicated handling team. For security reasons, the weight indicated at the time of booking may be confirmed.
The parking available at Porto Airport is paid directly to Vinci/ANA Aeroportos.
It is not possible to bring companions – Porto Airport is a restricted area with security checks exclusively for passengers.

Robinson R44: maximum weight 125kg per person. The maximum weight of 3 passengers is 235kg.
Airbus AS350 B2/B3: maximum weight 125kg per person. The maximum weight of 5 passengers is 375 kg.
Airbus EC130 T2: maximum weight 125kg per person. The maximum weight of 6 passengers is 530 kg.

Flights normally take place without changes but, for safety reasons, the flight may be adjusted in accordance with instructions from air traffic control or the weather.
